Why Temple Terrace
We opened on Normandy Circle because Temple Terrace deserved a real flower shop, not a grocery-store bucket by the checkout. Everything is built here, by hand, from stems conditioned in our own cooler.
That means the case looks different every week. Some weeks it is ranunculus, some weeks it is whatever came off the truck looking best. We would rather sell you good flowers than the exact flowers in a stock photo.
We are open 24 hours because flowers get needed at inconvenient times. Most nights nothing happens. The nights something does, we are the only shop in Tampa picking up.
If it would not last a week on our own kitchen table, it does not go in the case.

Are you a real flower shop or an online order service?

Why are you open 24 hours?
Because flowers get needed at bad times. Hospital calls, services moved up a day, flights landing at midnight, someone remembering an anniversary at 11 PM. Most of the time it is quiet. When it is not, we are the only ones answering.
Where do your flowers come from?
Standing orders with growers and wholesalers we have used for years, bought weekly rather than held long. Florida-grown where the season allows, imported where it does not. We buy what looks best that week instead of committing to a fixed catalogue.
Do you do anything besides flowers?
No, and that is deliberate. No balloons, no gift baskets, no chocolate add-ons at checkout. One cooler, one bench, flowers.
Can I order if I have no idea what I want?
That is most of our calls. Tell us the occasion, roughly what you want to spend, and anything you know about the person. We are good at the rest — it is the actual job.
