Occasions
Flowers for every occasion in Tampa
The occasion changes the build, not just the card. A get-well arrangement and a birthday bouquet are different objects with different jobs. Each page below covers what actually matters for that one — including the things most people get wrong.
By occasion
What are the
flowers for?
Ten occasions we handle most. Weddings and sympathy have their own fuller pages.
Birthday Flowers
The most-ordered occasion in the shop, and the one where telling us about the person matters more than picking a flower.
Birthday Flowers →Anniversary Flowers
Roses are the default, and sometimes the default is right. But an anniversary is the one occasion where a repeated detail beats a big gesture.
Anniversary Flowers →Valentine's Day Flowers
The busiest delivery day of the florist year. Here is what we can actually promise, and why the 13th is a better idea than the 14th.
Valentine's Day Flowers →Mother's Day Flowers
The second-busiest flower day of the year, and the one with a delivery problem nobody thinks about until Sunday morning.
Mother's Day Flowers →Get Well Flowers
The one occasion where the wrong arrangement gets turned away at the front desk. Tell us where it is going before anything else.
Get Well Flowers →New Baby Flowers
Send them to the house, not the hospital. Here is why, from people who deliver both.
New Baby Flowers →Graduation Flowers
We are ten minutes from the USF campus, and commencement weekends are one of the few times the whole Tampa flower market runs short.
Graduation Flowers →Corporate & Office Flowers
Reception desks, client gifts and standing weekly arrangements, delivered on a schedule you set.
Corporate & Office Flowers →Prom & Homecoming Flowers
Corsages and boutonnieres, made fresh the day before rather than assembled a week early and refrigerated stiff.
Prom & Homecoming Flowers →Just Because Flowers
Flowers on a Tuesday for no reason. The most-ordered thing in the shop and, genuinely, the best reason to buy them.
Just Because Flowers →Bigger occasions
Weddings &
sympathy
These two need more than a page section, so they have their own.

FAQ
Choosing flowers
by occasion
Anything else, the phone is the fastest way — we're open 24 hours.
I do not know what to send. Can you just pick?
Yes, and it is what we would recommend. Tell us the occasion, roughly what you want to spend and one thing about the person. Designer's choice gets you the best stems in the cooler that week instead of whatever matches a fixed catalogue photo.
Does the occasion change what flowers you use?
More than most people expect. Birthdays want colour, sympathy wants restraint, get-well wants low scent and a small footprint, new baby wants something that needs no care. The occasion changes the build, not just the card.
Can I send flowers for something not on this list?
Of course. Retirement, a new job, a house sale, an apology, a thank-you, a bad week. Call and describe the situation — we have built arrangements for stranger briefs than yours.
Do you charge more for holiday occasions?
Our labour does not change, but wholesale flower costs do — red roses in early February genuinely cost florists two to three times normal. We will always tell you when a date is inflated and what the better-value alternative is.
Can I set up recurring flowers for a date each year?
Yes. We keep a board of standing dates for anniversaries and birthdays and call you the week before. Order once and you are covered every year after.
