Wedding flowers in Tampa

Six to nine months for a Saturday in peak season — October through April, when Tampa weather cooperates. We take a limited number of weddings each season, so our calendar closes earlier than a big shop's would. If your date is inside three months, still call; we sometimes have room, and we'll tell you honestly either way.

It depends entirely on scale, and anyone quoting you a number before hearing your guest count and venue is guessing. What we can tell you is how the money splits: bouquets and personal flowers are usually the smallest line, and reception table work is usually the biggest. Tell us your total flower budget and we'll tell you honestly what it buys rather than designing something you then have to cut.

Both. Some couples want only the bridal bouquet and boutonnieres. Others want ceremony pieces, aisle work, arch or arbor flowers, reception centerpieces and bud vases. We'll do as much or as little as you want, and we won't push you into a package.

Some will, some absolutely won't, and this is the single most useful thing a local florist tells you. Hydrangea and garden roses wilt fast in Tampa heat and humidity — they can look tired inside an hour in July. Orchids, tropicals, carnations, ranunculus in cooler months and most foliage hold up far better. We design around your actual date and venue, not a Pinterest board shot in a California October.

Palette, yes, closely. An exact photo, honestly, not always. Flowers are a seasonal crop, and a stem grown for a photo shoot in another country in another month may simply not exist for your date. Bring the photo — we'll tell you which parts are achievable and what we'd swap in, before you've paid anything.

Yes, and we build the timing around the venue's load-in window, not ours. We're open 24 hours, so an early-morning setup isn't a problem. Personal flowers can go to the getting-ready location separately from the ceremony and reception pieces.

We call you before we substitute anything. Never after. You'll know what changed and what's going in instead while there's still time to have an opinion about it.

Yes — boutonnieres, wrist and pin corsages, flower crowns, and flower-girl pieces. They're built the morning of or the night before so they're fresh, not made days ahead and refrigerated stiff.
